Neixa Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Neixa application, a product operated by DESAI LLC.

By downloading, accessing, or using Neixa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Neixa is an application that connects via Bluetooth to compatible devices, including OBDLink CX, to read OBD2 vehicle data, display real-time information, and save diagnostic sessions, including data such as VIN, readings, timestamps, and other vehicle-related information.

Neixa is designed to provide informational vehicle insights and facilitate access to certain vehicle data.

Neixa does not replace a professional mechanic, certified repair shop, physical vehicle inspection, or complete technical diagnosis.

Information displayed by the app:

• may depend on the vehicle, adapter, protocol, compatibility, sensors, and conditions of use 
• may be incomplete 
• may contain errors, omissions, or delays 
• does not guarantee detection of all faults or mechanical conditions 

You are responsible for confirming any repair, maintenance, purchase, sale, or other important vehicle-related decision with a qualified professional where appropriate.

You agree to use Neixa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• use the app in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner 
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, infrastructure, or data 
• interfere with the normal operation of the app 
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law 
• use the app in a way that could damage, overload, or compromise the service 

We do not guarantee that Neixa will work with all vehicles, adapters, operating systems, software versions, or usage scenarios.

Operation may vary depending on factors such as:

• vehicle make, model, and year 
• OBD2 system compatibility 
• adapter used 
• Bluetooth connection quality 
• phone or operating system 
• related firmware, software, or infrastructure 

Use of Neixa may involve local or remote storage of information, including VIN, OBD2 readings, sessions, timestamps, and other data related to vehicle or app operation.

The handling of such data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may modify, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features of Neixa at any time, with or without prior notice.

We may also fix errors, change features, update compatibility, or adjust product functionality for technical, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.

Neixa, including its software, name, brand, design, content, logos, structure, and functionality, is owned by DESAI LLC or used with appropriate authorization.

These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in Neixa except for a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

Neixa is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DESAI LLC disclaims all express or implied warranties, including without limitation:

• merchantability 
• fitness for a particular purpose 
• continuous availability 
• absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information 
• non-infringement 
• error-free operation 

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, that it will detect all vehicle issues, or that it will always provide accurate or complete results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DESAI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, business, opportunity, time, or use arising from:

• use of or inability to use Neixa 
• errors or incorrect interpretation of information 
• vehicle, adapter, or connectivity failures 
• compatibility problems 
• service interruptions 
• decisions made based on information shown by the app 

Your use of Neixa is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to or use of Neixa if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if doing so is necessary for technical, legal, commercial, or security reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the current version with the updated effective date. Continued use of Neixa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DESAI LLC, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
