Neixa is an application that connects via Bluetooth to compatible devices, including OBDLink CX, in order to read real-time OBD2 vehicle data, display vehicle-related information, and save diagnostic sessions.

The app may store information such as the VIN, vehicle readings, timestamps, and other data related to diagnostic sessions.

The information provided by Neixa is informational only and does not replace professional mechanical inspection or advice.

Based on the app’s current functionality, we may collect and store the following categories of information:

• VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) 
• vehicle information 
• OBD2 readings 
• diagnostic sessions 
• timestamps 
• records related to session history or app operation 

We may collect technical information necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the app, including:

Based on Neixa’s current setup:

• we do not offer user accounts 
• we do not process in-app payments

• connect the app to compatible Bluetooth devices

• save diagnostic sessions 
• associate sessions with a VIN or other vehicle data

• locally on the user’s device 
• in infrastructure and database services used by Neixa, including Supabase 

Neixa uses Supabase to store certain information related to app functionality and vehicle session data.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Neixa, such as providers of:

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services related to Neixa, subject to their own applicable terms and policies.
